The Customer Service Representative is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with members of all departments within the hospital to ensure we are providing our clients with the best possible experience and our patients with the best veterinary care. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for booking all procedures, general practice appointments, rehabilitation, grooming, lodging and daycare appointments - Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls - Responsible for checking in all guests appropriately in to Ezy.
