The Customer Service Representative is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with members of all departments within the hospital to ensure we are providing our clients with the best possible experience and our patients with the best veterinary care. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for booking all procedures, general practice appointments, rehabilitation, grooming, lodging and daycare appointments - Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls - Responsible for checking in all guests appropriately in to Ezy. Vet and Smartflow when appropriate - Complete all lodging and grooming paperwork - Checking hospital email throughout the day - Responding to client requests via email in a timely manner - Scheduling appointments - Partnering with technician or doctor to answer client's medical questions if necessary or appropriate - Responding to local RDVM requests via email in a timely manner - Monitoring text platforms throughout the day and responding to clients ...Customer Service Representative, Customer Service, Representative, Hospital, Retail
