What you will do:

• Respond to inbound internet leads, emails, and phone inquiries from potential customers
• Engage with customers online & over the phone to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
• Learn best practices for customer communication, follow-up strategies, and digital sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service or High-volume Retail sales experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (required).
• Strong communication skills (bi-lingual a plus).
