Must live near McPherson, KS, and work from the branch the 1st Wednesday of each month d/t licensure of the nursing branch. - Accredo is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced Central Nursing Team. This role supports non-clinical functions and administrative tasks that contribute to exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. As a first point of contact, the CSR independently assists internal and external clients by researching information, resolving non-clinical issues, and ensuring timely responses. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
