Customer Service Represenatiave - Waste Connections : Job Details

Location: Ash Flat, Arkansas. Pay: $18 per hour | Weekly Pay. Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 am 4:30 pm. Were looking for a reliable, people first problem solver to join our team at Waste Connections. As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the go-to person for our customers, answering phones, resolving issues, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. What Youll Be Doing: Taking incoming calls and helping customers with service requests, changes, and account updates. Processing payments and answering billing questions. Keeping account information accurate and up to date. Working with drivers, dispatch and other team members to resolve issues efficiently and safely. Assist with any additional duties as needed.
