If you are interested in this position, you can revert to my email or call me at X0X-XX2-7X67 Position: Customer Service Rep Mortgage Closer Location: Maitland, Jacksonville, and Boca Raton, FL Duration: Full time permanent Overview: The Mortgage Closer coordinates all aspects of the loan closing process, maintaining communication with clients, borrowers, and other associated parties. Essential Duties:

• Prepare, review, and generate closing documents.
• Approve Closing Disclosures, clearing any issues.
• Ensure all closing needs are met within committed time frames.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve closing issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of loan closing experience.
• Knowledge of HARP and Conventional loan closing requirements.
• Proficiency in reviewing title commitments and closing disclosures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
