Customer Service Rep - First Tek : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provides front-desk coverage and serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and external callers.
• Manages executive calendar and coordinates travel arrangements.
• Maintains confidential items and acts as a Record Coordinator, ensuring compliance with the record management policy.
• Supports department meetings and events by reserving and preparing meeting rooms, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful execution.
• Delivers daily administrative support, including: Preparing budget and expense reports, reporting any overspending to leaders
• Managing phone calls and visitor traffic

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Front desk receptionist experience
• Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma Requirements:
• Front desk receptionist experience
• Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and maintenance functions) and HCL Notes
• Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
