Customer Service Rep - Apex Systems : Job Details

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Client Services Representative with a leading HR and payroll solutions client. This role supports customer service operations across multiple product lines, helping clients resolve issues and maintain satisfaction through various communication channels.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or client support roles
• Experience communicating via phone, email, and chat
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Ability to document client interactions and follow up on outstanding items
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and contribute to process improvements
• Intermediate knowledge of payroll or HR-related products is a plus

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Onsite expectation: Hybrid (remote with occasional onsite meetings)

Pay range: $22$25/hour

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Delivering quality service to Paychex via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
• Following up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements
• Developing and maintaining an intermediate working knowledge of one or more Paychex products, as well as industry policies and procedures
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and working with leaders to implement
• Demonstrating intermediate skill level with systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
• Documenting all interactions
• Serving as a mentor for less experienced teammates
• Performing data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
