Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Glastonbury, CT. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • Pay: $19-$20/hr to start!
  • 4-month assignment with possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Hybrid! (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Strategic Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Executed tasks aligned with strategic roadmaps, while remaining agile in adapting to shifting business needs and priorities. Acted as a liaison across departments and business units to ensure alignment, supported large-scale projects, and contributed to onboarding initiatives that advanced organizational growth.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:Reviewed and validated incoming client orders for accuracy and compliance; maintained data integrity throughout database builds using task management tools. Identified and recommended improvements to workflows, tools, and deliverables; wrote and maintained SOPs and documentation to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Client Support & Communication:Supported the intake and processing of client orders, created and maintained client accounts, and ensured accurate invoicing and fulfillment. Communicated professionally with internal and external stakeholders, collaborated with service teams to execute deliverables, and maintained internal knowledge databases to ensure up-to-date resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is Required.
  • 2+ Years of customer service experience is Required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is Required.
  • Experience with Adobe PDF is Required.
