To answer inquiries and obtain information for the general public and visitors. To provide administrative support. To act as central liaison for patients and family members within the medical center. Education & Experience. High school graduate/ GED. Customer service experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: NA - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personnel services. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Active listening and phone skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others involved in patient care and display organizational skills. Responsibilities.
