Customer Service Manager
As a Customer Service Manager, you will lead and support your team while ensuring smooth collaboration with all stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, identifying solutions for various issues and customer questions, and representing Customer Service in variousmeetings. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in an international environment.
What will be your responsibilities?
- You support and coach your team of 8 Customer Service Officers and coordinate collaboration between production, planning, accounting, and the sales team.
- You foster a positive and collaborative work environment and motivate team members to achieve their best. Recognizing individual strengths and providing constructive feedback is essential.
- You conduct performance evaluations, set objectives and support personal development.
- You facilitate regular team meetings and ensure everyone is aligned with Arteco's objectives.
- You identify efficiency improvements and ensure uniform operations within the Customer Service team.
- You assist your team in troubleshooting and identifying solutions to various issues.
- You participate in customer meetings with the Area Sales Manager as needed.
- You attend various internal meetings, contributing your insights and expertise.
- You manage the customer database and ensure compliance checks.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your team works in line with Arteco's certified standards for safety, health, and quality.
What makes you the right candidate for this role?
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree and have experience as a Customer Service manager.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to ensure clear and effective interactions within and outside the team. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage and coach your team effectively.
- You have strong SAP knowledge.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with planning, production, accounting, and sales department.
- You have strong analytical skills to identify and solve various issues efficiently.
