Customer Service-Logistics - Kelly Services : Job Details

Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. This position requires experience in a multiclient facility and coordination between Operations and Client Services. Overall Responsibilities: Coordinate the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse upon the direction of Operations Client SLAs. Perform routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves using SAP. Identify and report any shortages, overages, etc. Complete daily operations reports with speed, efficiency, and accuracy. Communicate with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership. Follow all workplace processes and standards in support of ISO-9001 Quality certification. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Preferred: Excellent computer skills.
