Logistics -Customer Service Representative Join our client's team throughLSI Staffing and make a difference! We have two shifts available!!! 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Weekend shift: Fri/Mon 7a-3p and Sat/Sun 7a-7p Pay: 2nd shift: $21/hour Weekend shift: $22.50/hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics? LSI Staffing is seeking a dedicated LogisticsCustomer Service Representative to join our client'sgrowing team in Blue Springs, MO. This isn't your typical CSR role; you'll be the heart of shipping operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. What you'll do:

• Master client'sinventory software
• Field incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate truck driver check-ins and check-outs
• Assign docks to internal forklift drivers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus)
• At least 3 years of verifiable warehouse / logistics customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual skills are a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping and receiving operations in partnership with the warehouseteam
• Process billing and invoicing with accuracy and speed
• Resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
• Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and customers
• Adhere to company safety standards and regulations
