Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls to process orders, update account details, and resolve billing, shipping, or return inquiries.Collaborate with internal departments to provide accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions while escalating issues when necessary.
• Demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced call center environment.

Shift/Hours:

• Monday-Friday
• 8am-5pm

Job Requirements

• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer Proficiency with MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
