As the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams, this role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service, supporting sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update customer account information accurately • Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective support via phone and email • Resolve customer inquiries by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up • Assist sales representatives with quotes, account coordination, and customer communication • Process orders and payments using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Communicate order confirmations, updates, and stock/shipping information • Document customer interactions and service requests in CRM systems • Support continuous improvement and contribute to team goals Qualifications • Previous experience in a customer service or support role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Professional, team-oriented, and customer-centric approach • High school diploma or GED required There will be two hours training prior to shift start Requirements: Background check
