We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders and support seamless communication between our sales team, dealers, and fulfillment departments. Your attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction will help drive efficient sales operations and ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • 📦 Order Management: Receive, review, and enter customer orders with precision, ensuring all pricing, product codes, and protocols are correctly followed.
  • 🔄 Collaboration: Partner with sales and customer service teams to confirm order details, troubleshoot issues, and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • 📈 Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory control to monitor stock levels and prevent fulfillment delays.
  • 🗂️ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and shipping documentation; generate reports to aid decision-making.
  • Quality & Accuracy: Conduct checks to verify that orders meet customer specifications and address discrepancies swiftly.
  • 💡 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and provide feedback on system and procedure improvements.

Your Profile / Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • 📋 5+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role
  • 🧠 Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • 💬 Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 🛠️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems
  • 🧩 Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $45,000 - $55,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
