Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Guide for a one-month contract to support one of our top customers. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a group of customers, guiding them from vehicle selection through ownership. You'll build rapport, provide tailored support, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience. You will also track customer progress, interpret analytics, and leverage CRM tools to improve the ownership journey. Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in high-volume customer service, with 3+ years in account management or a similar dedicated customer relationship role. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is required.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent written and verbal English communication. Bilingual in French and English is a plus.
- Availability: Must be able to work nights/weekends as needed and travel up to 10% for training.
- Health: Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.
