Job Description :
Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner. Perform general customer service by giving rate quotes, sales bids, status of shipments, helping customer correctly fill out a Bill Of Lading and label freight, etc. Resolve complex or unusual requests and problems that may require customized responses and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer. Respond to customer issues and questions in a timely manner. Handle escalated issues from other customer service clerks. Provide training to new customer service clerks. Provide Service 2. OD to internal and external customers. May assist with general office duties such as mailing, filing and copying. Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent 4 years of customer service experience in the transportation industry. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
