If Billing Analyst sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!The Billing Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Customer Energy Integration (CEI) teams customer billing workstreams.The successful candidate will leverage their billing experience, preferably in a utility environment, to efficiently complete tasks and billing assignments that align with the program goals of distributed generation billing. This position requires a proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving solutions to completion, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.The department consists of four complementary teams, and this position is part of the NY Program Support team, which focuses on customer billing setup and maintenance to ensure accurate compensation for distributed generation.**Responsibilities for a Job Title include but are not limited to:**- Billing assignments that align with the program goals of distributed generation billing**-** Customer billing setup and maintenance to ensure accurate compensation for distributed generation.- The contractor will be responsible for identifying and addressing issues independently, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative to improve processes.Candidates for Job Title must meet the following requirements to be considered:- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and drive.- Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with team members and interface with customers when necessary.Performance Metrics:Performance will be evaluated based on the efficiency and quality of completed tasks, adherence to deadlines, and overall contribution to project goals.**Knowledge & Experience Requirements:**- An associates degree or the equivalent of a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.- Professional and/or academic experience in renewable energy, customer billing, and/or customer service is preferred.- Proven proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and the ability to quickly learn other programs and applications such as Salesforce, SAP, and the companys customer billing system.**What's in this Job Title position for you?**+ Hybrid role, requiring in-office presence one day per week.+ Must be available from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.+ **PayRate** : 24.82 / Hour+ Occasional travel may be required.· Weekly paycheck· Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter · Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesThis Job Title is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
