As a Customer Service Associate, you will be essential in providing outstanding service to our customers while maintaining an inviting store environment. Your role encompasses customer service, managing transactions, merchandising, and maintaining store upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist every customer with our signature Yes I Care, Yes I Can service philosophy, fostering lasting customer loyalty.
• Efficiently handle cash register transactions with accuracy.
• Become an expert on our products and weekly specials, sharing the incredible value we offer.
• Assist in managing stock and learn effective merchandising techniques from top retailers.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior retail experience? No problem! We are happy to train new associates.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve and delight customers as a team player.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
