In this position, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using Sherwin-Williams products. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a top-notch service experience that keeps our clients satisfied and engaged.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone by accurately assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail clientele.
• Processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Aiming to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
• Managing inventory by pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
• Keeping store displays attractive and shelves stocked.
• Cleaning equipment to uphold store standards.
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks as required.
• Assisting with deliveries when necessary.
• Ensuring assigned areas are presentable and fully stocked.
• Staying knowledgeable about our range of products and their features.
• Following inventory control protocols diligently.
• Suggesting innovative ideas for improving sales performance.

We require that you:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without needing future sponsorship.
• Possess a valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
• Be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Experience selling paint and related products.
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
