We are looking for individuals who love connecting with people and want to provide an excellent shopping experience. Your main role will be working in the front of the house, engaging with customers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, assist them, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Operate the Register: Accurately ring up purchases while maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
  • Merchandising: Keep the sales floor inviting and organized by refreshing merchandise and making space for new products.
  • Fitting Rooms: Attend to the fitting rooms, helping customers feel confident in their purchases.
  • Team Spirit: Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere for both customers and co-workers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Positive Attitude: A must for creating a welcoming environment.
  • Basic Math and Literacy Skills: Essential for handling transactions.
  • Flexibility: Open to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Physical Abilities: Able to exert up to 50 lbs. occasionally and regularly handle merchandise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail Experience or Certification: Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent.
