Overview: Join our team as a Customer Service Associate! Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet every customer with a smile, providing fast, friendly service, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Merchandising & Sales: Ensure all products are properly priced, stocked, and displayed. Engage in suggestive selling and maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and team members regarding store operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service while complying with all regulations and procedures.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize various technology systems, including point of sale and inventory management tools, while performing accurate math for transactions and reports.
- Management Support: Assist in training new hires on company policies and perform loss prevention tasks related to cash handling and product accountability.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Customer-focused and energetic work ethic
- Availability on weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and operate a computer
- Willingness to attend food safety training and obtain necessary certifications
- Physical capacity to handle products and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
