**Customer Service Associate (Hourly Position)**

at Health Recovery Solutions Hoboken, New Jersey HRS is looking to add a Customer Service Associate to our growing team. As a member of the team, you will work in the warehouse alongside the logistics team and you will aid in responding to and resolving incoming emails. You will play an important role in supporting, communicating with, and assisting clients while responding to hardware and logistics issues. This is a full-time hourly position!

**Who you are**

You have experience in a customer facing role, and you are passionate about taking on new challenges. Our ideal candidate has a self-starter mentality and can efficiently resolve incoming customer issues via phone and email.

**What you'll be doing**

* Being the face of the company and providing seamless support to our clients and patients daily

* Engaging with clients and patients seeking information on their inventory and shipments

* Work with customers to resolve issues on the first interaction, follow-up with those requiring additional information, and escalate any discovered issues if necessary

* Provide shipment updates to clients using UPS worldship

* Use internal tools and systems to manage a productive workflow

* Document all communications with customers to promote a consistent experience across all touch points

* Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes

* Having the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments including product management, sales, marketing, logistics, and client success
