What you will do as a Customer Service Associate:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers purchasing agricultural equipment
• Enter data into customer accounts and process credit card or check payments
• Provide customer assistance by answering questions, resolving concerns, and processing orders
• Perform general office duties to support daily operations

What you need to be a Customer Service Associate:

• Computer skills for data entry and processing transactions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience or knowledge in poultry, livestock, or agriculture is helpful
