Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant located in Rockford, IL. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing orders, handling complaints, assisting in general office administration, including filing, labeling, inventory assistance, and supplies management, and providing product information. The role requires effective communication and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
