Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to join our team in Needham, Salt Lake City, or remotely. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in INSERT DETAIL to provide customer support via calls and email, as well as support data entry into various database applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify data and sourcing documents for entry.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to serve customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of related experience in a call center environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Interest in sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
