As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be a vital part of the team, working directly with customers to ensure smooth communication, accurate order fulfillment, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the go-to contact for assigned customers, handle and respond to customer requests with care and efficiency, utilizing internal operational and technical resources. Keep the customer informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Maintain continuous contact and communication with customers on poult placement delivery schedule details.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain & Sales Coordinator to balance daily production and order placements to align schedules and orders with customer needs.
  • Ensure respective internal team members stay informed and aware of customer trends, concerns and changes in a timely manner.
  • Keep orders and schedule for customers up to date as far in advance as the customer will allow (weeks, months, or year) and provide sales projections.
  • Spearhead the sales forecasting process, collecting input from Sales and Customer Service team members, provide data to CEO and Supply Chain & Sales Coordinator for strategic planning purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of pertinent information in the appropriate software systems on customers, orders, delivery and invoicing.
  • Produce & maintain weekly trucking schedules, delivery tickets and invoices for assigned customers.
  • Ensure customers stay informed about the company via various channels of communication such as newsletters, technical bulletins, and announcements.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a dynamic work environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive time management
  • Accuracy working with software systems, managing and entering detailed records
  • Ability to work both independently and as a productive team member
  • 3-5 years in customer or administrative services
  • Prior poultry industry experience preferred
