Customer Service Advisor/Consultant - Burnham Nationwide : Job Details

The Service Advisor should be able to meet and greet customers with a positive attitude and a smile. The Advisor needs to answer questions, identify needs, and sell work related to both repair and maintenance. As the first point of contact, the Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers, technicians, and the dealership.

• Identify the needs and reasons for maintenance and repairs for customers' vehicles.
• Answer customer questions and inquiries effectively.

• Proven work experience as an Advisor or in a similar role.
• Understanding of service maintenance and customer needs.
• Good communication skills with both customers and technicians.
