The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Customer Service Account Specialist in the Office of Workforce Development, Workforce Data & Program Quality. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining all staff user accounts within the WorkSource Georgia Online Portal by conducting regular audits and providing superior Customer Service. It is located at the TCSG System Office in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive monitor reviews by auditing Staff WorkSource GA portal & Future Works accounts to verify compliance with quality standards and the maintenance of all active staff accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for creating, reactivating, disabling, and maintaining staff user accounts based on account request forms received by management.
  • Monitor staff user permissions to ensure they align with current roles and maintain security protocols.
  • Act as a liaison with the internal IT department regarding the creation and disabling of staff accounts with partner agencies.
  • Assist with the workforce email inbox and inbound calls to ensure prompt resolution of user inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of related work experience.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Attention to detail and ability to spot subtle errors.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of WIOA and/or Wagner-Peyser Act is a plus.
