Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, execute, and support programs within the enterprise strategy for Customer Segments (Retail, Preferred & Small Business).
  • Support senior team leaders and collaborate with product and channel teams to drive execution and ensure customer-centric decision-making.
  • Design and implement tools, tactics, and processes for Consumer Investments (CI) and Employee Banking and Investing (EB&I) to improve business performance, focusing on reporting solutions related to strategy, regulatory responses, customer and associate experience, and platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in reporting and/or data analysis roles.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with Consumer Investments and/or Employee Banking and Investing operations, including field leader activities and business reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail.
  • Ability to mitigate conflicts and work under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of One Team partner practices.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, MicroStrategy, MS Access, PQ, and PowerPivot.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay Range: $73,200 - $116,900 annually, based on experience and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible.
