About our Agency:I bring 20 years of experience with State Farm, including 11 years in agency leadership where I hired, trained, and consulted new agents to help them succeed. I launched my current agency in November 2018 to refocus on helping customers protect what matters most and plan for their financial goals with State Farm's suite of products. - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
