Position Overview:
A Customer Relations associate works in the Service Business Development Center (BDC). They are responsible for answering incoming calls, building customer relationships, and scheduling Service Department appointments. The role of a Customer Relations associate is vital in the Service Business Development Center (BDC). Their primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls promptly and attending to customer needs with utmost care and attention. They are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring that customers get timely service and that their vehicles are back on the road as soon as possible. While prior call center experience is a plus, it is not required.
