**Description**

**Primary Purpose:** Serve as the first point of contact for fast-paced escalated customer servicesituations. Understand desired customer outcomes and work towards a solution as it relates to customer satisfaction, de-escalation, and company policy.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Work with the Escalated Claims Team to investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported issues to resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.

* Follow established company and department processes for investigating and resolving escalated customer issues.

* Coordinate with teams (internal or external) to inspect claim and resolve disputes

* Represent the voice of the customer to provide input current product/installation challenges

* Promote customer retention, growth and satisfaction by maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships

* Complete other related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Skills and Competencies:**

* High school diploma or GED

* 2+ years of customer service and resolution experience

* Ability to remain calm and professional in situations of escalation

* Experience de-escalating situations and working towards a positive resolution for all parties

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

**Physical Requirements**

* Normal Office Environment

* Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.

* Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
