As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be a key member of our Quality Department, acting as the primary interface with customers to support quality initiatives, facilitate corrective actions, and drive process improvements. You will also participate in internal audits to assess process effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred), with 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CQE, CQA, CQM, or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly desirable.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage change and work effectively under pressure.
