Job Description :
Investigate and resolve Customer quality and line issues ensuring all such items are correctly registered and tracked into the CAIR. Apply analytical reasoning and RCA, follow procedures for claims management, and maintain positive customer relationships. Assist teams: manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, warehouses, planning, and field personnel (TS - Rs); provide corrective action for non-conformities, ensuring identification of the root cause(s), and implementation of corrective actions to avoid repeat errors. Maintain the Quality Standard of PPG Industries and promote the understanding of the Customer Quality Goals throughout the organization. Work with the Account Manager to ensure specific requirements are understood and fully deployed by conducting regular internal auditing. Create plans and strategies to reduce gaps that affect quality and implement best practices.
