LHH is hiring an Order Entry Specialist to support a top-tier manufacturing company. This is a full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity offering career growth and a collaborative work culture. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle domestic and international order entry, with potential to grow into import/export operations
- Deliver outstanding B2B customer service and inside sales support
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of order entry experience in a manufacturing setting
- Exposure to import/export operations preferred (training available)
- Strong grasp of cross-functional manufacturing processes
- Background in B2B customer service, supply chain, or inside sales
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Call center experience will not be considered
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
