Job Title: Customer Operations Senior Representative
Location: St. Paul, MN 55101 (Hybrid)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office for 4 weeks of training, then 1 day per week onsite)
Duration: 06+ Months with the possibility of conversion
Job Overview
This role supports high-volume administrative processing for employee benefits, especially during peak open enrollment season (OctoberFebruary). You will join one of three teams handling critical insurance data tasks with accuracy, urgency, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Process life insurance data such as coverage changes, beneficiary updates, enrollments, and policy modifications
- Accurately input data across multiple internal systems within a 3-day turnaround
- Manage team inboxes and fulfill customer/client requests via email or phone
- Follow up on incomplete information using templates, custom emails, or calls
- Maintain compliance with quality, security, and service-level standards
- Support collaborative workflows and cross-train on other administrative functions
- Occasionally work overtime during peak volumes
Required Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to switch between systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Preferred Backgrounds
- Experience in loan processing, mortgage operations, financial services, or education
- Comfortable working with numbers and routine processes
- Strong analytical mindset
- Not ideal for purely customer service or call center backgrounds
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in administrative or operational roles preferred
