Customer Operation & Support Specialist, Order Management and Billing- Custom Products and Services

Shift: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
A Day in the Life:
Review and accurately process incoming purchase orders applying Quotations, customer contracts, applying business rules and policies
Perform research and update customer records in ERP systems
Resolve purchase order deficiencies with customers and internal business functions
Manage open orders throughout the billing and shipment process including processing order changes
Take an active role in identifying and resolving any issues from order to cash including proactively addressing any potential order/quote issues and billing discrepancies
Identify process improvement opportunities to improve customer experience and business results
Generate and send invoices to customers and commercial representatives
Proactively advise management of any risk to contractual performance
Provide timely and detailed communication to all customers' requests
Communicate regularly with management on any critical issues or opportunities
Assist Customer Operations and Support Manager or team as needed
Keys to Success:
Education and experience
High school diploma or GED required with a minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience (equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered).
Experience with purchase orders required.
Prior experience performing order entry, order management and billing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system highly preferred.?
