About the Role:
This position entails overseeing customer onboarding across multiple ERP systems in the Americas, focusing on increasing company revenue through new business. Responsibilities include data assessments, guiding applications, and contributing to streamlining onboarding and training processes.
What You'll Do:
Managing end-to-end account setup from application to new customer account
Providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting, and proposing solutions
Identifying root causes of customer concerns and process issues
Maintain customer account data
Assist with internal account requests
What We're Looking For:
0-1 years of relevant work experience
High school diploma required; preferred Associate's Degree in Business & Analytics
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Clear communication and ability to interact with higher management
Strong organizational, time management, and adaptability skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and maintain confidentiality
Quick learner with a proficiency in using computer systems and applications
