Customer Experience Specialist

Pay Rate: $20/hour (Paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

Position Overview:
Adecco is hiring Customer Experience Specialists for a well-established client in Malvern, PA. This position supports a loyalty rewards program and requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities:
Handle 80-100 inbound calls and email inquiries daily from customers
Support customers with account setup, website navigation, and rewards program questions
Educate users on program benefits and provide follow-up information as needed
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Use Salesforce to manage customer cases and maintain accurate documentation
Navigate the Five9 phone system to manage daily call volume
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on processes
Maintain professionalism and compliance with all company standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team setting

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
