Location: Malvern, PA

Pay Rate: $20/hour (Paid weekly)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

Type: Temporary (through end of year)

Position Overview:

Adecco is hiring Customer Experience Specialists for a well-established client in Malvern, PA. This position supports a loyalty rewards program and requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities:

• Handle 80-100 inbound calls and email inquiries daily from customers

• Support customers with account setup, website navigation, and rewards program questions

• Educate users on program benefits and provide follow-up information as needed

• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

• Use Salesforce to manage customer cases and maintain accurate documentation

• Navigate the Five9 phone system to manage daily call volume

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on processes

• Maintain professionalism and compliance with all company standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team setting

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
