What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Scheduling Be the strategic link between sales, production, and customer satisfaction.
• Admin Backbone Handle key admin tasks (packets, payments, state reporting) with eagle-eye accuracy.
• Customer Care Deliver WOW experiences on every call. Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Sales Support Convert inbound leads fast. Follow up on unsold proposals (commission if you close the deal), and generate referrals through great service.
