Key Responsibilities:
  • New Members: Employ a Club-focused sales approach to promote and sell AAA memberships, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to members, fostering satisfaction and loyalty. Assist members by coordinating their experience and directing them to the appropriate associate.
  • Branch Operations Support: Manage branch traffic flow and member experiences, seeking innovative improvements to operations and maintaining knowledge of AAA products and policies.
  • Insurance Referrals: Recommend the Club's Insurance agency to generate referrals, encouraging satisfied members to spread the word.
  • Visa Applications: Inform potential customers about the benefits of the AAA Visa card, highlighting rewards and exclusive discounts.
  • Convenience Billing: Educate customers on the benefits of automatic credit card renewal for ease and uninterrupted service.
  • Retail Store Revenue: Support branch revenue through retail sales, including currency transactions, passport photos, and travel accessories.
Requirements:
  • Strong commitment to outstanding service and positive member experiences.
  • Experience in branch operations and managing customer interactions.
  • Ability to stay updated on policies, procedures, and product lines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible with hours, including potential weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Skilled in engaging members and building trust.
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance service and manage operations.
  • Commitment to compliance with internal and external policies.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform office tasks involving long periods of computer use, filing, and phone communication.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.

Starting pay rate: $19.09/hr + Incentive Opportunity.
