The Customer Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the companys documentation processes, including customer-facing documents, audit materials, and internal records. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with document management systems. The position reports to the Head of Sales, North America. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create, update, and manage customer product documentation for customizations, new developments, and existing products, including preliminary and final versions. Develop and maintain document control processes such as version control, tracking, distribution, and archival. Manage document access rights and restrict distribution as needed. Organize and maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, including labeling, sorting, and categorizing. Establish and enforce record retention schedules in compliance with company policies.
