Summary

The Customer Development Executive is responsible for managing assigned accounts and promoting additional Ryder services through effective relationship building and the Ryder Sales Process.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to satisfy their needs. Develop a sales plan to penetrate the market effectively.
  • Build relationships with key customer influencers, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure clients receive contracted services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address challenges and maintain continuous dialogue with customers and Ryder teams.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and personal development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated sales and customer relationship management experience.
