Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain accurate customer information in Uline systems and spreadsheets, including names, addresses, and demographics.

• Consolidate customer accounts following company guidelines through thorough research and effective problem-solving.

• Confirm data accuracy through diligent research, addressing any data entry errors swiftly.

• Properly categorize customers using Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes.

• Adhere to departmental standards to determine the appropriate next steps for customer accounts.

• Engage with customers through email and phone to ensure their account data is current and accurate.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 1 year of office experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Exceptional accuracy and a meticulous attention to detail.
