This role serves as a ?first and last? impression to our customers within urgent care and occupational medicine clinics. The Indigo Customer Concierge exemplifies our passionate commitment to creating a memorable experience for every patient and has a passion for customer service. The Indigo Customer Concierge can develop into a Clinical Concierge with a Registered Medical Assistant license, and subsequent Xray licensure.

Work situations are a variety of functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer ?obsessed? and team player attitude. Clinic environment include: walk-in and appointment-based care, 12-hr shifts with fluctuating and dynamic patient flow volumes throughout the shift. This position requires a highly collaborative approach to services in a clinic environment.

**Minimum Requirements:**

Experience in customer service strongly preferred

**Education/Licenses/Certifications:**

**Additional Information:**

$2,500 Sign On Bonus This role is a temporary position expected to last at least 4 months. Qualified candidates are expected to work three 12 hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.
