As a Call Center Representative, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on resolving billing inquiries, activating new services, and making changes to existing accounts. You'll be expected to stay up to date on our full suite of broadband, telecom, and technology offerings in order to provide informed recommendations and effectively upsell services that meet our customers' needs. Wage: $15/hour + performance incentives Status: Full-time Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide in-depth assistance with account setup, service activation, and changes
- Diagnose and resolve customer account and billing issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer's services
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Assist with first-level technical troubleshooting for internet and phone services
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with technical products, billing systems, or CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional office, call center, or technology-related customer service role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in broadband, telecommunications, or IT-related industries
- Interest in technology, networking, or technical support careers
- Demonstrated success in sales, upselling, or performance-based roles
