About the RoleWe're seeking a Customer Care Specialist 2 to join our Field Support & Operations team. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, timely service delivery, and top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting internal/external customers in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesProcess orders for instruments, parts, and consumables
Coordinate part deliveries for Field Service and Support teams
Resolve issues related to parts, tool shipments, and work orders
Manage cases for billable services, including invoicing and reconciliation
Communicate order updates and service information to customers and stakeholders
Conduct follow-ups post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle credits, rebills, adjustments, and returns (including loaners)
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Work closely with warehouse and service teams to manage returns and logistics
Assign and track service cases efficiently
1 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Proficient in SAP (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Basic knowledge of international logistics and working with freight forwarders (preferred)
Comfortable working both independently and in team setting
Bachelor s degree required
Experience supporting both internal teams and external customers/distributors
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remove roadblocks and deliver quick resolutions
Familiarity with business operations and service fulfillment processes
