As a Customer Care Representative, You Will Be the Vital Link Between a Customer's At-home and In-store Experience, Providing a Simple and Seamless Experience.   • Valid In-state Driver's License.
  • Professional Personal Appearance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to Collaborate, Cooperate, Interpret, Communicate Information That Is Not Always Straightforward.
  • Computer: Ability to Efficiently Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, and Intermediate Excel), Manage Files, Navigate Network, Web and Windows. Software: Ability to Efficiently Use in House Software Such As Crm.
