Summary/Objective:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative with 2-3 years of customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, providing outstanding service, resolving issues, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.Provide accurate information to assist customer decision-making.Maintain and update customer records in the database.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and identify areas for improvement.Process orders and follow up on deliveries.Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.Escalate urgent customer issues to relevant departments.Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results.Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and procedural adherence.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and customer service software.Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.Working Conditions:
