Location: Santa Ana, CA (100% Onsite)

Type: Contract-Hire

Pay rate: $26/hr - $28/hr

Industry: Production

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative with 2-3 years of customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, providing outstanding service, resolving issues, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information to assist customer decision-making.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Escalate urgent customer issues to relevant departments.
  • Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results.
  • Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.
  • Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and procedural adherence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and customer service software.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
